FREE SHIPPING
We offer free domestic and international shipping services on purchases worth $100 or more to our valued customers. There are however, some countries we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of the countries we cannot ship to, we notify you.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Onitronics is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are accurate before finalising your order. If it is our error we will fully rectify the problem at no extra charge to you.
CUSTOMS
Please note that custom fees payment at the destination country is the responsibility of the consignee. By buying our products, you consent to paying customs and any other related charges when goods arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped however at there might be no tracking available depending on the shipping method used.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items purchased together maybe be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
